All products are based on availability. Any items out of stock will be removed from order before shipping and will NOT be charged on invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice. Zone Wholesale is not responsible for illustrative or typographical errors.
Zone Wholesale must be notified within 2 days of order receipt for return requests and all broken item must be returned within 7 days of order receipt. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Credits or exchanges will be noted on your account to be sent with the next order unless otherwise approved through Zone Wholesale directly. Pictures of damaged items may be sent via email to orders@zonewholesale1.com. We will not refund merchandise that is used or improperly handled.
By purchasing items sold by Zone Wholesale, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership and use of the item. It shall be the buyer’ responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Zone Wholesale for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State and Local laws or regulations.
Orders are shipped via Fedex. If order is needed to be expedited via Express, advance notice is required. Shipping and handling rates are processed based on weight, dimensions, number of packages and destination. All C.O.D. orders will be charged an additional fee of $12.50 due to Fedex requirement. All shipments must be made to physical address, P.O. Boxes are not acceptable.
